To start a project, email me or message me on Telegram and briefly describe the initial information about the project. You can also fill out the contact form on the website. We’ll schedule a meeting at a time and in a format convenient for you, discuss the project’s goals and objectives, determine what will be required to achieve them, and record the terms of our collaboration.
Yes, I usually work with a design brief prepared in advance. It helps me clarify your requirements, goals, and preferences, and collect the materials needed for the project.
Typically, the brief is completed after our first meeting based on what we discuss, then sent to you for review and adjustments.
The project is divided into sequential stages, each billed and approved separately. The number and scope of stages depend on the type and scale of the project. Each stage starts upon receipt of an advance payment. Upon completion of a stage, we schedule a meeting where I present the results and explain the rationale for the decisions made. After the meeting, we record the outcomes, approve the results, and either move on to the next phase or make the necessary edits.
The estimate is based on the project’s complexity and scale, as well as the initial inputs known at the start of our collaboration. Tasks or work types not identified at kickoff, along with additional rounds of edits beyond the agreed scope of each stage, are billed separately at an hourly rate.
Cost and timing are defined for each stage individually, and the price depends directly on your requirements and the time needed to complete the tasks within that stage.
The total project cost is divided across the previously agreed stages (typically 4–6), which reduces risk and helps deliver timely, high-quality results within the established design process. Work on each stage begins after a 50% advance is paid for that stage and concludes once the design layouts are approved and the remaining balance is settled.
Additional or previously undefined tasks, including extra rounds of edits, are billed separately at an hourly rate.
Yes, I’m open to feedback and ready to adjust the outcome to match your final preferences. Each stage of the project includes two free rounds of edits, provided they don’t exceed 15–20% of the time initially planned for the task.
After the project is completed and fully launched, all intellectual property rights will belong to you as the client. However, I reserve the right to showcase and share the project in design competitions, on social media, and in my portfolio for promotional purposes.
Yes, you can always request additional work even after the main phase of the project is completed. We can enter into an hourly support agreement with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per month for any project-related tasks.
