We discuss and document all project information. The goal of this stage is to define the project objectives, set the strategic direction, and collect the materials needed for the work. Based on this information, we determine the project cost and timeline and prepare the contract.
Analysis involves a deep dive into the task and helps lay the foundation for the project. This stage includes an in-depth study of the client’s business, competitor analysis, and the formulation of hypotheses. Based on the analysis, I develop the website’s information architecture and create prototypes for all pages.
The next step is a visual exploration to define the style, metaphors, and overall design approach, develop initial ideas, and align with you. Based on this, I develop a detailed design concept and present solutions for the key screens and sections of the website.
In the final stage, I provide the full set of project materials and links, along with detailed notes and comments, and we sign the acceptance documents.
After the design is approved, we review the result and add the finishing touches.
I create responsive designs for all popular devices and thoroughly prepare the layouts for development: document styles and states, assemble a design system, and add annotations for animations and interactions.
After the design concept is approved, I finalize it and scale it in the agreed direction, creating animations to demonstrate complex interactions.
The result of this stage is a final design presented for approval. If changes to the concept are needed, this stage also includes two rounds of edits.
Brand transformation is an ongoing, complex process. That’s why I stay in touch to offer design support services for solving specific business challenges.
